ZigZag Stitch is near and dear to so many of us. The sentiment, "I need a break from my own thoughts" is permission to yourself to seek help. Mental health is as vital as air to breathe. Sometimes we all need help. We hope in some way this rubber stamp can help and can give a way to ask for help without spoken words, any way that is needed. We care. Know that someone out there does think and care about you.
