Shipping and Handling
We offer standard shipping and expedited shipping options. In most cases we will use the United States Postal Service. Shipping charges are based on total sales price. We can ship via FedEx or similar, please email or call if your order is very time critical. It's just the 2 of us so we appreciate your patience! Most orders will ship via USPS First Class Package and there is no time or day of delivery promise from USPS. All rubber stamps are pressed to order, so please allow us 10 business days to make them for you, thanks so much!

We can ship to Australia and New Zealand and several other locations. We cannot ship to EU, UK, Italy and Mexico at this time. All International orders (orders to destinations outside of the United States) will be taxed by your country upon arrival. The fees are NOT included in shipping and handling you pay here, they must be paid by you, our Customer, before your post will deliver the package.

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). All other returns, you must pay the return shipping to us. The original shipping fees will not be refunded.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
